Ramen

Each delicious bowl of ramen comes topped with 2 slices of chashu (KUROBUTA), scallions, bamboo shoots, cloud ear mushrooms, fish cake, seaweed, and sesame seeds. For Miso Ramen, sweet corns are added as a regular topping.

トッピングは、黒豚チャーシュー(2枚)、ねぎ、メンマ、きくらげ、ナルト、胡麻、のりになります。味噌ラーメンには、コーンか付いてきます。

Shio Ramen
Shio (salt) Ramen has a milky white appearance.  A special sea-salt based sauce is added to the tonkotsu broth base.
しょうゆラーメン
Shoyu Ramen  
A special soy sauce (prepared with seaweed, bonito flakes, sea salt, and sake) is added to the tonkotsu broth base.
みそラーメン
Miso Ramen   
Miso (soybean paste) ramen is a relative newcomer to the art of ramen, developed in Hokkaido.  Miso is added to the tonkotsu broth base, creating a nutty, slightly sweet, and thick soup.
